Tomorrow’s Leaders Workshops

A workshop for aspiring and existing leaders to discover more about how trends are affecting the predominant style of leadership. A framework of skills, knowledge and attributes needed now and in the future is explored and participants identify strengths and development needs in line with the framework.

360?Feedback and Leadership Coaching

This process involves eliciting feedback using 360?feedback tools, giving the feedback and if required, providing individual leadership coaching or alternatively a bespoke follow-up leadership workshop to support their development.

Management Development

A bespoke training programme can be designed to suit the needs of your managers. Jane and her associates have expertise in a range of areas including performance management coaching skills, giving feedback, understanding motivation, managing change, conflict handling and influencing skills. We can also provide one to one coaching.
